Client

Our client is a European Producer of Veterinary Products, based in the Frankfurt / Rhein-Main area.

Tasks

• Achieve the company's overall sales plan.
• Build strong relations with decision-makers and increase awareness about the company and its products and services.
• Manage Key Account contact and performance.
• Ensure efficient field call planning, focus on implementation.
• Analyze and use market data.
• Manage and attend all key German shows and congresses.
• Ensure efficient reporting.
• Participate positively in the company's management team and actively help to develop the company culture.

Requirements

• Solid academic background.
• Five years experience in a management role with people responsibility - preferably in an FMCG or veterinary environment.
• Proven results in a challenging, competitive, customer-driven environment.
• Good understanding of concept selling.
• Good understanding of the veterinary / medical / nutritional market and its current challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Willingness to travel and a full car driver's license.
